Users can track their achievements in the 'Awards' tab, providing a tangible sense of accomplishment. For those who prefer languages other than English, the 'More' tab allows for easy selection of alternative language options. Booking appointments is also streamlined through the 'Appointments' tab, offering clear instructions for scheduling visits.

To ensure accurate tracking of progress, it is important for users to click 'Mark as Complete' after finishing exercises. This feature enables providers to monitor patient adherence effectively. Additionally, the app integrates seamlessly with the iPhone's Health app to access daily step count data, further assisting providers in evaluating activity levels.
